Wind Blown:
So clean and pure the winds are,
And they carry aloft hopes and dreams,
You see, they make a difference many could not believe,
Companions to kites, ships, trees.
Birds grace them in silent soaring grace,
And upon hot summer nights they might caress your face,
But even more they will save our world,
For the oilers will get their toes soon curled,
The wind power of just three states,
Could forever change our fates,
They say hot air always rises,
And there are some new surprises,
For electric are the winds,
Those mighty gusts are our friends,
At three to eight cents per kilowatt hour,
They are as cheap as coal, oil, gas, and nuclear power,
But their damage to the world is basically nil,
Compared to the carbon dioxide and uranium pill,
And those casual breezes are saving family farms,
And guess whose heart that warms?
Not yours, oh no?
Wait until upon hydrogen from wind your car will go,
And freedom from OPEC oil,
And cleaner air with less blood to boil,
At thirty nine percent growth a year,
Wind power is coming, never fear.
Perhaps a breeze will blow through here.

There is a lot of information out there already,
But this bit of an article truly warms my heart:
