The Miracle Ring:
Last night was charmed,
I just know it was,
The way things happened,
The way things were,
Portents came,
And wishes were true,
Today big news,
But last night not through,
For when I came home,
After the super slam,
I saw something rare,
This is no story or joke,
A faery ring encircled the Moon,
No not a little tiny thing,
A huge silver circle just perfect,
Enclosing Diana with Jupiter,
Miles and miles across,
At least a tenth of the sky wide,
Like some ancient sign of doom,
Or glory uncompared,
Yes the world around me faces new notes,
And things were nervous today,
Career moves maybe calling,
And life is in rapid motion,
But I saw the Faery Ring above,
As if the Moon exploded into the sky,
Beautiful that silver lining,
But why, I wonder why?

True tale - a huge faery ring around the Moon
last night - I came home from a wonderful night
at the slam and was doing the suburban thing,
taking out the trash on a Sunday night, and I looked
up as I always do, and this huge, huge perfect circle
enclosing Jupiter & the Moon, and then huge news at
work - not ready to go there yet, but life is not sitting still.

WOW! I think the moon must have been congratulating you! The faery ring was a sign of bigger and better things to come, perhaps?!
I wish I could have seen this magnificent sight! Sounds SPECTACULAR!!
